My mom has started insisting I use a towel when I come in after playing in the mud. I don't see why. Wouldn't she rather I decorate the couch and her and the rug?

Dear Sophy, it's your PaLs LuLu and LoLLy and we are here shaking our heads in simpathee becuz we have the same thing happen, and yes, decorating the household furnishings is always better, but we are inflicted with the towl thing 2. OK, Sophy, this is how it works. My #1 has a series of towels by the door and I know that when we come in, I have to stay there until all of my paws have been wiped. Then, I get to go wherever I want. Seems fair to me!

My mom has tried that but I run faster than her! And I have done a pretty artistic job on the couch and the carpet!
